The lack of services funding is one of the greatest barriers to developing more supportive housing. More and more state and local jurisdictions are finding creative ways to create new funding streams to deliver the services that people need. These include ideas like leveraging local housing trust funds, using developer fees, partnerships with hospitals or health plans, creating tax revenue, and more. This session will bring forward some of these ideas to inspire others to take action in their own communities.
