In this interactive session, participants will gain valuable insights into capital access and funding opportunities for supportive housing development projects. Attendees will explore the unique challenges and pathways for funding the creation of supportive housing, discover funding resources to achieve their affordable housing development goals, and engage in a collaborative discussion on how government, CDFIs, commercial banks, and philanthropy can work together to expand equitable financing opportunities for emerging housing developers.  

The session will conclude with roundtable discussions, led by developers from CSH’s capital access initiative. These developers will share strategies for financing and producing multi-family rental developments that address experiences of homelessness and housing instability.
