Illinois (IL) leaders will discuss the IL Developmental Disability (DD) Housing Navigation Project to highlight the key collaborations needed to make a successful Housing Navigation Program focused on the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) Community. The presenters will discuss the I/DD service delivery system, unique barriers to housing navigation for I/DD community, and the key components needed to make housing navigation successful.
