This session will provide an overview of Housing and Services Partnership Accelerator (HSPA), dive a little into the types of TA/coaching a state received and then talk about how that TA/coaching translated into local partnership opportunities to support/stand up PSH. This will be a combination of storytelling and a mini master class on developing local partnerships that increase the supply of supportive housing and improve access to housing. The disability, aging and health partners can help people find and activate the programs and services that provide the wrap around services and supports that help people maintain their housing and engage in life.
