Alameda and Contra Costa Counties will share how they bring together partners in all roles of supportive housing and create brave spaces to address barriers in building tenant leadership. These counties' innovative models are founded in the expertise of housing service providers on the ground as well as CSH's standards of quality in supportive housing and Continuum of Care training guidelines and best practices. Participants will engage in discussion on training topics, staffing structure, policies and strategies to build, and managing and maintaining a powerfully effective, low-cost capacity building effort.
