Paul accepted a position as co-leader of Homeward Bound in 2022 after serving as deputy director since 2010. He also served six previous years as development director, helping launch nationally replicated programs such as the first Nonprofit IPO. Fueled by a belief in the power and possibility of change, Paul has been honored with leadership awards from the North Bay Business Journal and the Marin Human Rights Commission. As a leader in Homeward Bound’s social enterprise ventures, which include a line of gourmet dog treats and a food-forward event venue, he also serves on the Catalyst Kitchens national board.
