Moriah McGill is the Deputy Director for Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority; a Tribally Designated Housing Entity administering affordable housing and community development programs, projects, and services on behalf of 8 Federally Recognized Tribes in Northern California. During her 10 years at NCIHA, Moriah has worked diligently to expand the organization financial portfolio to include Federal, State, Local, and Philanthropic funds to provide shelter and permanent housing to individuals experiencing homelessness, expand affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, respond to substance use in community, create recreational opportunities in community, and empower indigenous youth.
Moriah’s passion for her work can be seen in her advocacy efforts around Housing and Homelessness issues. She has active seats on the California Coalition for Rural Housing Board of Directors and the California Interagency Council on Homelessness Advisory Committee and uses her position to ensure equitable opportunities for funding for all Federally Recognized Tribes throughout the State of California.
Moriah is a dedicated wife and mother of two young sons and is fully committed to providing “Hope, Healing and Housing” to the members and Tribes served through Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority.
