Noah joined Urban Pathways in January 2024 as a Community Organizer, focusing on establishing Tenant Associations and Resident Advisory Boards across Urban Pathways' portfolio. Noah continues to work closely alongside these resident-led groups to amplify their voices and support them in their advocacy. Noah graduated from the University of Maryland in 2022 with a degree in Public Policy and has worked on resident services in supportive and affordable housing ever since.
