Rachel Cole-Jansen has 15 years of experience in a wide variety of different service settings, from homeless street outreach to managing service coordination programs, as well as lived experience of her own. Most recently, she facilitates Abode's Lived Experience Advisory Board, balancing cultural humility and trauma-informed responsiveness to the complex accessibility needs for those with lived experience with providing practical feedback integration support for a wide array of subjects for housing and behavioral healthcare programs in the Bay Area.
