Tina Goodrich has 25 years of experience in affordable housing administration and homeless service delivery. Most of her initial experience in government-subsidized housing and services came during her nine-year tenure at MBD Community Development Corporation in the Bronx. In 2006, Tina made the transition and served in various capacities in NYC Department of Homeless Services shelter providers. In 2009 Tina joined HELP USA, a non-profit organization, as a national leader in the fight against homelessness as Director of Housing and Director of Social Services for the HELP Women’s Center. She served as the Executive Director of Homeless Prevention and Aftercare Special Project, overseeing three HELP USA Programs simultaneously: New Beginnings Critical Time Intervention for young adults 18–24 years, Veterans Aftercare Critical Time Intervention for single veterans, and NYC Housing Preservation and Development “HPD” Our Space for formerly homeless individuals and families. Tina currently serves as the Vice President for Supportive Housing and Services for HELP USA’s permanent supportive housing and services program located in the New York City area and Long Island, as well as an afterschool/summer camp program.
Tina also co-chairs the Women In Leadership Affinity Group at HELP USA, is Board Vice-Chairperson at The Institute for Family Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and serves on the Executive Committee for Racial Equity in Supportive Housing (RESH) and a mentor for Readying Emerging Leaders in Supportive Housing (RELISH) which was established in 2020 by RESH focused on advancing leadership and racial equity within New York's supportive housing sector specifically for Black stakeholders.
