Larry S. Grubler, Psy.D. is the CEO of Transitional Services for New York, Inc. (TSINY), headquartered in Queens, New York.
Under Dr. Grubler’s leadership, TSINY has grown from a small, 189-bed mental health residential program to a full service, not-for-profit corporation with over 900 residents and 4,000 outpatients. With a budget of 40 million dollars, the Agency also provides a clinic, a day program, and outreach and vocational services, as well as an affirmative business.
Dr. Grubler believes the rehabilitation services provided by the staff of TSINY are so unique that they should be expanded to other parts of New York and, ultimately, throughout the United States.
