Evan is a Senior Policy & Planning Officer focused on policies and programming around supportive housing. This includes supporting interagency coordination to implement the Statewide Referral Network, implementation of Illinois’ HUD Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Program and IHDA’s Permanent Supportive Housing Development Program.

Prior to working at IHDA, Evan worked in disaster recovery and affordable housing in Southeast Louisiana serving as a community liaison at a community-based non-profit, Project Homecoming, Inc., and as a community organizer and grant writer with the Lowlander Center.
