Allison McCann-Stevenson, MSW Vice President Programs & Services
Allison serves on the Executive Leadership Team as Vice President of Programs & Services, she provides strategic oversight to TNM's 9 programs, across 3 locations. Allison is a thoughtful and collaborative leader whose charismatic personality, optimism and client-centered approach increases her the ability to effectively plan, improve infrastructure, strengthen collaborations, obtain stakeholder buy-in and lead her teams through challenging times with a trauma-informed lens. Allison advocates for clients and champions a hope-filled philosophy of care while developing programs that prioritize meeting clients where they are, fostering trust by providing consistent services, and ensuring our unhoused clients have access to the life skills needed to navigate the transition to Adulthood and independence. Driven to innovate and optimize operations, Allison believes collaboration and creativity are essential to scale programs, increase client achievement, employee satisfaction, and reach our strategic goals. Allison has an MSW from the University of Illinois Chicago-Jane Addams College of Social Work and an MS in Nonprofit Management from Spertus Institute Chicago. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Theta Omega Chapter where her service continues to impact the community. Born in Chicago, IL and raised in beautiful South Shore, Allison has been married to her husband Eric for 24 years and is the proud and supportive mother to her two sons: Eric II, 24 and Ian, 18.
