Alex leads engagements with a range of nonprofits and foundations, delivering customized financial management consulting services, including financial analysis and business model assessment, strategic thought partnership, and training. Alex leads Healthy Outcomes, an initiative helping to prepare nonprofits to explore new collaborations with healthcare organizations to drive large-scale improvements in the health of America’s communities. She is also a member of the NFF team supporting the exploration of Pay for Success in California.
