Doua Her joined American Family Housing in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to serving marginalized communities. Prior to this, Doua dedicated his efforts to working with underprivileged young adults in the inner cities of the United States, providing transitional housing, life skills, and helping to create pathways out of poverty and toward self-sufficiency.
With a passion for uplifting under-resourced and underrepresented communities, Doua has spent the last 14 years of his career in the nonprofit sector. His work has consistently focused on addressing the unique challenges faced by these populations, ensuring they have access to the resources and support needed to thrive. As he continues his journey with American Family Housing, Doua remains committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those he serves.
