John Torrence oversees LIHI's entire development process and provides support to the project team, assisting with negotiating deal terms, and reviewing project budgets and schedules. John first joined LIHI’s Development team in 2008 and became LIHI’s Assistant Director of Housing Development in 2017. John recently rejoined LIHI in 2021 after spending 3 years working for Plymouth Housing as a Senior Housing Developer. John holds a B.A. in Philosophy & History from the University of Nevada.
