Kathryn Turner is a dedicated and passionate affordable and supportive housing policy analyst with over 12 years of experience in affordable housing development. As a Senior Community Investment Officer with CSH, Mrs. Turner works on the evaluation of supportive housing markets and underwriting of loans in her geographies, including Texas, Georgia and Florida. Prior to rejoining CSH, she worked for the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Agency as the Assistant Director of Housing Development, where she oversaw the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program for the state of New Mexico along with other federal housing programs. Mrs. Turner’s original work with CSH focused on the development of, and underwriting for, a Capital Subsidy Fund for gap financing of Houston-based permanent supportive housing units. Kathryn holds a master’s degree in urban policy from the New School’s Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy.
