This session will discuss maintaining and operating aging and new scatter site supportive housing operations in a challenging environment. We will discuss the challenges we experience in operating our existing scatter site contracts around government oversight, tenant and landlord relations, staffing, and technology. We will also discuss how the New York State funders continue to release new scatter site RFPs, the balance providers try to navigate while growing but prioritizing financial and operation quality, and the overall field hesitancy when reviewing new scatter site opportunities.
