Lorraine Coleman joined Acacia Network in 2013 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development, Policy and Planning. She has been working in the behavioral health and supportive housing fields for 20 years and has a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Since joining Acacia, the supportive housing programs have expanded from eight permanent supportive housing (PSH) scatter sites and congregate programs to include thirteen PSH programs, mental health transitional residential programs and permanent housing, and coordination services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Lorraine has managed oversight of the Affordable Housing Department inclusive of Property Management, Asset Management, and Compliance; Supportive Housing Department, OMH Residential Services Department, and Developmental Disabilities Department. She is currently responsible for the strategic development of supportive housing at the Acacia Network and is an integral part of the leadership team that drives the overall strategy for Acacia and represents the organization on a local, regional, and national basis. She is on the CSH Metro Team Advisory Board member.
