This session will introduce the Community Care Expansion (CCE) program—a first-of-its-kind initiative that is expanding capacity in California's infrastructure and caregiving support systems to avoid unnecessary institutionalization and homelessness. The CCE program is uniquely designed to address the challenges faced by smaller and under-resourced care providers, offering them the resources needed to overcome barriers to participation and secure state funding
