How can we effectively manage supportive housing without relying on the threat of returning to homelessness to address negative behavior? This session will explore applying a restorative justice framework to property management practices within the permanent supportive housing model. Presenting both an ideological framework and an implementation structure; we will discuss the value of restorative justice as a pathway and practice to increasing housing retention, building stronger community, and offering a new approach for property management to engage challenges within the resident community.
