This session dives into the complex dynamics of addressing community concerns and preserving cultural identity while advancing supportive housing projects. Through an engaging mix of discussion and simulation, participants will step into the roles of developers, residents, government officials, and service providers to navigate real-world challenges.  They will experience the complexities of negotiating a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) and learn practical strategies to balance competing priorities, foster collaboration, build solutions, and turning resistance into opportunity.
