After studying Economics and Sociology at Marquette University, Brandon transitioned from banking at PNC Bank to a career in Community Development Finance. Upon founding Rule Enterprises, a leading real estate development and investment management firm, he has successfully closed over $100 million in developments across 600 units. His current pipeline is valued at more than $1 billion, encompassing 3,000 units, including two $50 million Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grants Awards. Rule Enterprises focuses on creating high-quality, mixed-income, mixed-use communities that make a positive impact on society while delivering exceptional value to stakeholders. Brandon also is launching REINVEST, a groundbreaking CRE crowdfunding platform that simplifies the investment process by lowering minimum investments, ensuring transparency, and incorporating interactive education. His vision is to empower families to achieve and sustain financial freedom through real estate investment, even without purchasing a home. Brandon's achievements have earned him recognition as one of Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago’s Community First Emerging Leader. He serves on the Advisory Boards of Marquette University’s and Virginia Tech’s College of Business Real Estate Departments and is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
