Zach Gross is the Supportive Housing Manager at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA). In this role, Zach oversees the Supportive Housing Institute, working closely with partners to produce high-fidelity supportive housing projects, and provides technical assistance and training to operational developments to ensure ongoing success. He also manages the HOME-ARP supportive services and Indiana Housing First programs. Additionally, Zach manages IHCDA's re-entry housing work, including the HOME TBRA and Second Chance Act programs that offer housing and supportive services to justice involved households. Zach also offers guidance and training to partners on eviction prevention and low-barrier screening practices to increase housing access for Hoosiers who face the greatest barriers to housing.
