Keenan is a PhD researcher at the UChicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice. His research areas focus on homelessness interventions, including non-traditional housing first models and income support programs. Much of his research is informed by roles coordinating local government responses to homelessness in Los Angeles County.
