Caitlyn Kennedy Young is the Senior Manager of Landlord-Tenant Services at Transition Projects. In this role, she oversees the Rent Well tenant education program and the Landlord Engagement Program. Her work is focused on empowering individuals to know their rental rights and responsibilities, as well as teaching them how to get the keys and keep the keys. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys kayaking and finds peace in being outdoors. Through her work and personal interests, Caitlyn aims to empower individuals and build stronger communities.
