Jordan Griffin-Henderson is the Landlord-Tenant Relations Supervisor for Transition Projects in Portland, Oregon. Before working at the agency, Jordan was a licensed property manager who oversaw market-rate, commercial, manufactured, and affordable housing. Her work today is rooted in forming foundational bonds between case managers and housing providers by educating others on rental assistance programming, tenant-landlord laws, and solution-focused mediation for challenging housing situations. Outside of work, Jordan's passion is rooted in the sport of Rugby. She has been playing since 2012 and now coaches youth while also traveling to Canada for social tournaments. Jordan has taken lessons of empowerment learned from Rugby and strives to show others their own untapped strength.
