About the Summit
For more than 35 years, CSH has advanced supportive housing as a proven solution for people experiencing homelessness and complex health needs. The Supportive Housing Summit is the only national convening dedicated exclusively to supportive housing, bringing together more than 800 leaders from housing, healthcare, government, and human services to share practical solutions and shape the future of the field.
Ten years after CSH last convened in Denver, Summit attendees will explore how communities are responding to today’s housing and service challenges through health and housing partnerships, re-entry housing strategies, and other innovative approaches that help people achieve stability and thrive.
Ready for What's Next: Innovation, Resilience, and the Future of Housing Stability
The 2027 theme Ready for What’s Next: Innovation, Resilience, and the Future of Housing Stability, reflects a defining moment for the field. Communities are responding to rising housing costs, policy shifts and funding pressures, and increasingly complex needs. Summit sessions will help attendees understand what is changing, learn what is working, and build the partnerships and resilience needed to protect, preserve, and expand supportive housing.
Why Attend the Supportive Housing Summit?
Over two and a half days, attendees will hear from national leaders, learn from innovative programs, explore emerging strategies, and build relationships with peers across sectors. Through plenaries, breakout sessions, site visits, and networking events, participants will leave better prepared to address today’s challenges and strengthen supportive housing in their communities.
The Summit begins with optional pre-Summit sessions and supportive housing site visits, followed by an opening reception where attendees can reconnect and build new relationships.
