Workshop overview: This workshop is designed to guide you through the essential phases of new housing development, with a special focus on the unique aspects of creating supportive housing units. By the end of this session, you will have a comprehensive understanding of what supportive housing development entails and how to begin increasing supportive housing stock in your community.

Learn how Denver community organizations are providing stable affordable housing with support for their community. Locations and details will be available closer to the Summit date. Site visits will include at least two programs, transportation via chartered bus to the sites and a box lunch.

This interactive pre-conference session is designed for senior leaders seeking practical strategies to strengthen their organization's ability to navigate change successfully and sustain impact over time.
Participants will explore the critical conditions that support organizational learning, adaptation, staff engagement, and successful implementation of change initiatives. Prior to the session, attendees will complete a Change Readiness Assessment that evaluates both leadership readiness and the organizational environment for learning and change. During the session, participants will receive guidance in interpreting their results, identifying strengths and potential barriers, and developing actionable strategies to build resilience, strengthen change capacity, and support long-term success.
