Session Materials
Types of materials you can provide
Any materials you share should be directly related to your session topic. You can include the following:
- Your slide deck
- Resource lists
- Guides/Tools
- Exercises
Please do not include any promotional material. For your materials to be downloadable on our event site and mobile app they must be received by March 13.
Presentation Slides
A slide deck is not required, and it's up to you how you wish to share with the audience. If you plan to have a slide deck, we have a branded template you can use. This deck also has a slide on minimum accessibility standards to ensure your information is readable. We recommend everyone review this slide.
If you do not use this deck, please at minimum use the title slide. We recommend you use a 16:9 format when designing your slides. We highly recommend you use PowerPoint for your slides. We will take advantage of PPTs closed caption function for your session which is not available through other slide presentation software.
Submitting your material
Submit your slides in PPT or Google Slides form (we will add this deck to your assigned room computer). Any other materials please provide as a single combined pdf. Please do not send more than one pdf.
Submit to summitspeakers@csh.org by March 13.
